Verify AI agents

Effortless Image Compliance with Verify’s AI Agent

Many organizations rely heavily on visual content featuring identifiable people such as employees, citizens, students, teachers, or models. However, when consent is withdrawn or expires, this content can no longer be used. In practice, this often means valuable marketing assets are suddenly locked away, even though they could remain usable with the right adjustments.

Until now, this has been a time-consuming and error-prone process. Designers have to manually download images, crop or remove the individual whose consent has expired, re-upload the adapted files, and then manually reconnect them to the correct consent records. This slows down marketing teams, increases operational costs, and introduces compliance risks.

Verify’s AI Agent changes this completely. Our AI-powered solution automatically detects when consent has expired or been withdrawn and seamlessly adapts the affected images. The individual is removed in a way that preserves the visual quality and marketing value of the image without any manual intervention. The updated image is then automatically linked to the correct consent status and made available within the Verify platform.

The value for your organization:

Save time and resources
Eliminate manual editing, downloading, and re-uploading. Marketing teams can focus on creativity instead of compliance tasks.

Always compliant by design
Images are automatically managed according to the latest consent status, reducing legal and reputational risk.

High-quality, usable visuals
AI ensures professional-quality image adaptations that remain suitable for marketing and communication purposes.

End-to-end automation
From consent change to compliant image availability, the entire workflow is handled automatically within one solution.

With Verify’s AI Agent, organizations no longer have to choose between compliance and creativity. You keep using your visual content—safely, efficiently, and with complete peace of mind.

Verify’s smart Media Library AI Agent

With the Smart Media Library AI Agent, marketing teams can save significant time and effort. Creating clean cut-outs of objects and products from images is now available within seconds directly in the media library. What previously required designers to manually open and edit images in tools like Photoshop is now fully automated and delivered in the right quality.

Backgrounds and atmospheric elements can easily be added or cleaned. Using natural language instructions, you can adjust images exactly as needed and instantly save them as a new version in the Verify media library. This allows all team members and partners to immediately access and use the updated versions.

Upload video’s without audio tracks

It is now possible to upload video’s without audio tracks and assign the respective model consent forms.

Models without Email address

In some cases, organizations work with elderly models who do not have an email address. To support this, you can now use your organization’s email address (for example, marketingcommunications@organization.com) and include “place of residence” fields in the consent form.

This allows elderly models to sign the consent form digitally, while still receiving a paper copy of the signed agreement.

Resend user invite mail

If users accidently deleted their Verify user invite mail, as a Verify administrator you can now resend the user invite mail to this specific user. In user management you can search for the respective user and click on ‘resend invite’.

Improvements model consent approval page

After models click the “Confirm signature” button, the consent form is updated. During this process, a message is displayed asking the model to wait while the signature is being completed.

This ensures models wait a few seconds and do not close their browser before the signing process is finished.

Monitoring projects dashboard

In addition to images that require consent for image usage from individuals involved (such as employees, citizens, patients, or students), organizations also create and use their own visual content to promote their brand, country, products, and services. For this type of content, organizations also want insight into how their images are distributed online and how they perform with their target audience.

While organizations can see which users download and share images from their own asset libraries, they lose visibility once these images are published online or shared on social media. As a result, organizations do not know how their visual content is spreading or performing online.

When starting a new Verify project you can now choose for consent or monitoring projects.

With Verify, we have now expanded the monitoring dashboard to include recently found online matches and most frequently found assets. In addition, a data export feature has been added, allowing organizations to export all detected online image usage per project or across all projects. This data can then be used in their own BI or analytics tools.

Share assets in Verify

Many organizations still use separate tools, such as file transfer services, to share visual assets on an ad hoc basis with external parties like advertising agencies and partners. This often requires downloading files and uploading them again in another tool, which takes extra time and can lead to duplicate files.
