Batch actions on models in projects
Revoke or resend consent notifications in batch
When you have multiple models with ‘pending’ consent status in you project. As a project manager you can now send all ‘pending’ models in this project an email notification to complete their consent. Next to this it is also possible to perform the following batch actions on models within your project:
1-Revoke consent: in case multiple models want to revoke their consent
2-Undo revoke: in case you agreed with models to activate their consent again
3-Resend consent email: send model an email with a link to their consent form
4-Remove : remove models from this project
As a project manager in Verify in the model list you can now select the batch action checkbox next the batch actions appear and you can click on the batch function you want to perform.

Filter on expiring assets and Filter on assets with or without linked model consent
You can now easily filter on assets which will expire in the coming 30/60/180 days so you can take proper action in time as a project manager. And you can also filter on assets with or without linked consent in your Verify media library.
In the Verify media library click on the filter icon. Now in the availability section you can select the ‘expiring in’ term.

In the model consent section you can select the following options:
1-Assets with active model consent: all assets that have an active model consent linked
2-All assets with revoked or expired model consent linked
3-All assets that have no consent linked

Search and filter bar for projects and collections
In the project and collection pages you can now easily search sort and filter to find and manage your projects or collections.
Just click in the search box and type the project name you are looking for.
Select your sort or filter and switch between list or tile view.

Auto tag model consent in video’s
It is now possible to recognize models in video’s and automatically link the respective consent in your videos. This will save your marketing communications teams a lot of time no longer manually link model consent for videos.
Just upload your video’s. Click on the video to go to the detail page here click on models icon and automatically tag models button.

Share the right information with the right audience Not every guide is meant for everyone. With audience-specific access, you decide exactly who can view each guide. Whether you’re sharing content with internal teams, distributors, agencies, retail partners, or regional offices, everyone sees only the information that’s relevant to them.

Add a new guide as an admin in Verify
As an admin you in the guide page you can click on ‘+ new guide’. Here you can give your guide a name, description, set the groups who can see this guide in Verify and upload a preview image which will be shown on the tile.

Add sections in guides
As an admin you in the guide page you can click on ‘+ section’. Here you can add sections which will be displayed in the navigation menu. You can give your section a name and click on ‘save’ to add the section.

Add blocks and content
Now you have added a section you can configure your section and add the required content blocks. You can click on the columns icon to choose if you want your page to be devided in the required number of columns.
On each block you can click on the ‘+’ to add type of content you want to add. You can choose the following predefined blocks:
Rich text block: you can fill in rich text and also copy images in the rich text field
Asset block: you can select an asset from the Verify media library
Colour block: you can set the hex value for your colour to be displayed
Font block: you can select fonts from your media library to be displayed
Button block: you can add a button name with a (download) link to a respective page
Video block: you can select a video from the media library which will be embedded
You can easily drag your block over the columns to make it larger or smaller on the page to be displayed.

Manage your guides
Now you have added sections, blocks and content you are ready to publish your guide.
In the action bar on top of the page you can use the following icons:
Settings icon: click to edit guide name, guide image, select groups who will see the guide
Delete icon: click on it to delete your guide
Edit icon: edit mode so you as an admin can edit the sections and blocks in this guide
View icon: view mode to see how the guide will appear to users
Publish guide: check mark this and status green will be active your guide is now published

Verify Adobe Express template add-on
In order to make sure users in your organization will communicate on brand, in Verify guides you can configure a brand template guide. Here users will find instructions how to make on brand publications based on your company’s Adobe Express predefined brand templates.

Click on the ‘Social post templates’ button and the available Adobe Express templates will appear in a new window. Here you can select one of these templates and edit the items that you are allowed to change. You can easily change assets in your template via the Verify add-on in your publication. Once ready you can send your publication to Verify waiting room for approval or use the Adobe Express approval flow.
Asset duplicate assistant
The duplicate assistant helps to keep you Verify media library clean and on brand.
Both in your waiting room when uploading new assets as well as in the Verify media library you will be notified when duplicate assets are found. Simply click on the red duplicate icon on an asset. Now the assistant pops up here you can manage your duplicates to be accepted or delete.
