Search for users in project assignment list

As a project manager in Verify you can now search for existing assignees in the list. When you add a new project or edit an existing project, you will now see a search bar in the assignees field. This makes it easier to find and assign colleagues who will need to join the project.

Add photographer contract to a project as a readable PDF

Sometimes you work photographers and you agree a specific contract with your photographer and want to add this contract to your photo project page in Verify. So you can see and read this specific PDF contract.
As a project manager in Verify you can now add attachments to your project. When you add a new project or edit an existing project, you will now see an ‘upload attachment’ button. You can remove uploaded attachment by clicking on the trashcan icon.

The added attachments will appear in the information section of the project page. Here you can click on them and read the contract.

Option for Models and general models to download their linked video’s in a project

Models can click on the link in the consent email they received from Verify to go to their contract page. If models have lost this email, the project manager can resend it to the model from Verify. On their contract page models can now see photo’s on their contract page. They here see all their project and their photo’s. Models can hover over a video than the ‘download icon’ button appears. Bij clicking this icon they can download the video.

Please note the following preconditions for models to see and download photo’s:

  1. Video’s are linked to  the model by the project manager
  2. Video’s are updated with a ‘verified status’ by the project manager
