In the presets settings it is possible for project admins to centrally manage scope of purposes and media for project consent. When a project manager adds a new project he can select the specific purposes and media. The selected items will be added to the model consent forms.
The model release forms, purposes and mediums can now be translated.
Manage translations for purposes and mediums in Verify
As a project admin click on the settings icon, then click on ‘Presets. Here you click on the edit ‘icon’ at the right next to the purpose or medium item and then click ‘edit’.

Now a popup appears here you click on the ‘translation’ icon. Now you can enter your translations for this purpose or medium item. Click save to set the translations.

Manage translations for release forms
As a project admin click on the settings icon, then click on ‘Model release forms’. Here you will see the tabs ‘EN, NL, NO’ for your release forms. And you can enter the translated texts here for each language in each tab.
Please note if you want to include the translated purposes and mediums in your form, you will need to add the following fields in the text of each language tab:

NOTE make sure to click on the save button to save the forms to make your entered texts available.

Sign consent on behalf of a model as a project manager
Sometimes models have registered their consent step 1 but have not confirmed their consent. After resending them the consent email again in Verify some models are still non responsive.
In order to move forward with your project as a project manager you are now able to sign on behalf of the model. The model will then receive an email from Verify stating that their consent is now activated and that they can withdraw their consent via the link enclosed in the mail.
As a project admin you can now sign the consent form on behalf of the model directly form the project. Search for the respective model in the project model list and click on options icon and click on ‘sign on behalf of model’ button. The status for the model is now updated to signed in Verify.

Model will receive the following email once their consent is signed by the project manager

Assign user groups to a project as a project manager in Verify
As a project manager you can now assign user groups to your project. Instead of adding users separately as stakeholder in your project you can now add user groups to your project.
As a project manager when adding or editing your project.
In the ‘user groups’ field select the user groups that will assigned to this project.
All members of these groups will be able to see this project in Verify.

Delete models in Verify as a project admin
As a project admin you are now able to delete a model in Verify.
In the project page click on the models icon. Search for the model that you want to delete. Hover over the model and Click on the ‘trashcan’ icon on the right side. Now a popup will appear to ask if you want to delete this model.


Please note that delete models can not be restored.
Improvements model consent approval pages
After filling in their consent form and clicking on the send and confirm button some models were not aware of the fact that they will receive a email with a confirmation link to finalize their consent process. A new page is added to inform models that they completed step1 of 2 and that they will receive an email to complete their consent.


Notifications on bounced consent emails for project manager
Sometimes, when filling out the form, models make a small typo in their email address, which prevents the email from being delivered to them. For project managers in Verify, this is now visible through an error message indicating that the email could not be delivered. The project manager can then resend the email to the model, Verify will ask the project manager to provide the correct email address. This way, we ensure that the email reaches the model so the consent process can be completed.
Project manager resend bounced emails
As a project manager in the model list of the project you can click on the model list view button.

Now the model list will appear. Here as a project manager you are notified with a warning icon if emails to models are not delivered. Click on the menu icon on the right side you will here see the option ‘resend consent email’. Before Verify sends the email a popup will appear here you need to adjust update the proper email address and click the ‘save’ button.

Option for Models and GENERAL Models to review approve and/or download their linked photo’s in a project
There are cases in which, models want to reject photos in which they do not look good or look strange. This validation is now often done manually during or after the photo session via separate emails send to the model by the marketing team.
This process can now be handled by Verify. After models signed off their consent and project photo’s are uploaded and linked to the respective models. Models now can reject specific photo’s and the project manager will be notified which photo’s are rejected to be published. When models click on their contract page they can now see all photo’s taken of them and have the option to reject specific photo’s.
Setting up photo approval for models in a project
As a project manager when adding a new project ‘toggle on’ the ‘Approval period for images’ and set the expiration date for the approval. Here you can set the end date for models to reject their personal photo’s. After this date it is not possible anymore for models to reject specific photo’s.

Reject photo’s as a model
Models can click on the link in the consent email they received from Verify to go to their contract page. If models have lost this email, the project manager can resend it to the model from Verify.
On their contract page models can now see and decline photo’s on their contract page in Verify till the approval period expires. They here see all their project and their photo’s.
Models can hover over a photo than the ‘decline’ checkmark button appears. Bij marking this box they can decline a photo.

Once a photo is rejected the project manager will receive a notification in Verify to prevent this photo to be published or exported.
Please note that after the approval expiration date set by the project manager photo’s can not be declined anymore.
Option for Models and general models to download their linked photo’s in a project
Models can click on the link in the consent email they received from Verify to go to their contract page. If models have lost this email, the project manager can resend it to the model from Verify.
On their contract page models can now see photo’s on their contract page. They here see all their project and their photo’s.
Models can hover over a photo than the ‘download icon’ button appears. Bij clicking this icon they can download the photo.

Please note the following preconditions for models to see and download photo’s:
- Photo’s are linked to the model by the project manager
- Photo’s are updated with a ‘verified status’ by the project manager
Verify media library
The media library is the starting point where Verify customers can easily find, manage, share, and provide access to all their qualified visual materials for internal users, external stakeholders, and various applications.
The key functionalities of the Verify media library include:
- Verify Smart Search – saves both the communications team and the studio significant time, as you no longer need to manually add descriptive tags to images. This ensures that all users can automatically find visuals based on descriptive terms. In addition, locations and text within images are automatically recognized and made searchable in images.
- Advanced search filters – search by tags, permissions, asset ID, format, color, and visual type.
- Batch editing – assign tags, metadata, descriptions, and permissions to multiple assets simultaneously.
- User group assignments – make specific visual materials available to defined user groups (groups/labels/brands).
- Verify Project Manager – create, share, and manage collections/projects.
- Advanced search filters – search by tags, permissions, asset ID, format, color, and visual type.
Verify media library for Verify users
Find images via AI search bar
Click on the ‘search’ icon and use the Verify AI search bar. Type a description of images / video’s that you are looking for. AG ‘woman on the couch with a laptop’ and Verify will search your media library for images.

Target your search
It is also possible to use the search bar for specific targeted search results. You can specify if you want the search bar to target the search on AI, name, description, specific meta data.

Use ‘Browse search menu’
If you would like to be surprised what content is available for you. You can easily browse a menu with tag categories to see which images are available for you.

Click on the filter icon at the upper right. In the tag menu you can browse all the categories and tags.
Use Generic search filters
Specify your search by filtering on:
– File type and file extension – Colour
– Orientation of the images – Resolution

Use Generic sorting options
You can easily sort images ascending or descending on:
– # Matches found online – date added
– Name – date modified
– Description

Use ‘My favourites’ searches
You can easily create your own favourite search menu. Search or filter on the assets you want frequently want to check for updates. EG ‘Star wars’ next click on the ‘pin’ icon give your search a name and it will be stored in your favourite list. So next time you can use these shortcuts.

Use Similar asset search
With similar image search you can upload an image in the Verify media library as a search. Based on image recognition similar images in the Verify media library will be found.
Click on the image icon top right. Now select your image for which you want to search similar items in the Verify media library and click open.

Asset download
You can select one or multiple files you want to download. When selecting one or more files the action bar on the right side will appear. Here you can click the download icon to start downloading your selected files.

Verify media library for admins
Setting up your own taxonomy and user groups
As a Verify Administrator you can easily set up and manage your visual content categories and your user groups or departments.
As a project admin click on the settings icon, then click on ‘Tags’. Here you click on the ‘add group’ to add a tag group in the tag group you can click on the ‘add tag’ button to add a tag in this group.

As a project admin click on the settings icon, then click ‘User management’ than click on ‘User groups ’. Here you click on the ‘add group’ to add a tag group. Click on the edit icon at the right side for the group to edit and assign users to this group.

Batch actions on visual assets
Assign tags
As a Verify admin you can select one or multiple files you want to edit. When selecting one or more files the action bar on the right side will appear. Here you can click the ‘tag’ icon to assign tags to your selected items. Just search for the tags from your categories (as defined by the Verify admin in your tenant) and click them to assign the tags to your selection.
After assigning the tags will appear under the assigned tags sections in blue. Now these items can be searched and filtered on in the Verify media library.

Assign groups
As a Verify admin you can select one or multiple files you want to edit. When selecting one or more files the action bar on the right side will appear. Here you can click the ‘user groups’ icon to assign user groups to your selected items. Just search for the groups (as defined by the Verify admin in your tenant) and click on them to assign the user groups to your selection.
After assigning the usergroups will appear under the assigned user groups sections in blue. Now these items can be searched and filtered on in the Verify media library.

Delete assets

Verify export assets to Bynder’s waitingroom
It is now possible to export your consent assets to your Bynder’s waiting room. Exported assets are automatically provided with the metaproperties consent manager link and consent expiry date.

API manager
If you want to integrate the Verify media library with your web applications you can now use the Verify API and create an API key for a secure API connection. For example you want to use photos in the Verify media library in your CMS library. With our API and API key you are able to build your own custom integration.
As a project admin click on the settings icon, then click on ‘API keys’. Here you click on the ‘add API key’ to add an API key that is required to used the Verify API securely for your own Verify tenant.
